Dear patient,

The practice is adapted to the guidelines of the RIVM. We are prepared for the one-and-a-half meter society and -understandably- no longer shake hands.

To be able to protect you and others properly, we also depend on your cooperation. In this context, we must ask you several questions which you should read through carefully and answer beforehand. The answers may have consequences for your appointment. We can only treat you if you can answer the following questions with a no. The questions are as follows:

– did you test positive for Corona?

– do you have any roommates or family members with Corona now?

– have you recovered from Corona in less than two weeks?

– Do you have one or more of the following symptoms: cold, sneezing, coughing, sore throat, tightness in the chest, fever (more than 38 degrees)?

– do you have roommates or family members with these symptoms?

– are you in home isolation?

– Do you live in a nursing home or institution for people with a mental disability?

If you can answer yes to any of the above questions then we are unable to treat you at this time and you should contact us by telephone, we will make an appointment with you at an appropriate time.

To minimize the number of people in the waiting room, we ask you not to come to the practice before your appointment time. When you enter the waiting room, we ask you to disinfect your hands at the appropriate device. You can temporarily not use the toilet or the washbasin. Please brush your teeth at home.

Our goal is to offer good dental care in all its facets, not forgetting the human side of the patient. Trust, competence, and mutual respect are central, whereby the entire team is committed to providing you, the patient, with the best possible information and sound treatment.

We -my team and I- work from a vision. Each person is unique and needs individual attention and care. We take the time to find out what that means. We do this through an intake. In this intake, we get to know each other. You, as a patient, can tell me your wishes and expectations, and I as a dental professional want to know exactly what those wishes are after the intake. I will then look at and discuss with you whether and how we can give shape to your wishes or carry them out, and of course in what time frame. Together with you, I will map out your life path in which the most important thing is that the possibilities are used to give you as a person the attention it needs and to give your mouth the care that is possible and desirable. This should lead to customized care in all its facets. We will always do our utmost, within the limits of the possibilities, to provide you with the oral care you have in mind.

You are responsible for your appointment. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your appointment by telephone (or leave a message on the answering machine) at least 24 hours in advance on working days. Otherwise, we are forced to send an invoice and charge for the scheduled time.
